It's hard to excel at your job.
And it's even harder to excel at your job and at home.
And it's almost impossible to excel at your job, at home and at managing your friendships.
The problem is that if you want to excel at all of these things at the same time, you're usually going to end up being super stressed out.
Because the source of being stressed out is trying to do too many things really well all at the same time.
And trying to do too many things at the same time and being stressed out will lead to being mediocre at all three of them.
Like it or not, but if you want to be really successful at any one of them, then you've gotta choose.
Unless you find some genius ways to somehow combine them.
Which can be a lot of fun.
But it can also backfire very easily...
