It's about building trust.
Especially, when you're just getting started.
The internet might be the greatest tool ever invented to build up trust.
Trust that might maybe lead to a sale somewhere down the road.
But without trust there's no sale.
And the way to build up trust is by helping people to solve their problems before you try to sell them anything.
But of course that requires you to really know and understand your customer's problems.
Which of course requires you to know who your customers really are.
Which of course might be the hardest thing out there.
It's a lot easier to just serve a bunch of ads and pitch your product over and over again.
Which of course barely ever works...
