The bad news is that advertising cost is constantly going up while efficiency is constantly going down.
The good news is that the cost of earned attention (not paid attention) is still cheap in terms of dollars while efficiency keeps going up.
Earned attention doesn't cost you anything other than your time and work.
You need a lot of money to buy attention.
But you don't need a lot of money to earn it.
All you need to earn it is tenacity, perseverance and patience.
So if you can't buy it, why not try to earn it..?
