The truth is that we all have great ideas somewhere hidden deep down inside of us.
Ideas, thoughts and messages that have the potential to change the world.
The problem is that we don't want to do the dirty work it takes to get those ideas to spread.
At the end of the day we all have the potential to do great things.
We all have...
But the people who win, the people who get their ideas to spread aren't necessarily the smartest or the richest people out there.
They're usually the ones who are willing to do the dirty work.
And not just the fun work.
Here's the thing...
Everybody can upload a video to YouTube.
Or self publish a book on Amazon.
Or write a blog post on Medium
Or start a blog.
Or code that new app.
That's the easy part.
Today, pretty much everybody can do that.
The hard part is the dirty work.
The work that no one really wants to do.
The uncomfortable stuff like sitting in front of your laptop until 3am in the morning trying to figure out how to get that damn thing to work.
Like writing hundreds of people and asking them for feedback and getting no response at all.
Like sending your book to dozens of publishers and getting zero replies.
Like writing dozens of blog posts without getting any feedback at all.
The dirty work is doing all of this, being aware of how it's pretty much impossible to succeed and at the same tiime not giving up on your mission.
The truth is that everybody can do it.
But almost nobody will...
Because, well, the fun stuff is a lot more fun...
