Creating, multiplying, managing and shifting value

Do you create value, multiply value, manage value or shift value from one place to another?

At the end of the day it's your choice. It always is. And all of these choices are legit.

But whatever your choice, try to remember that most of the time the people that will be replaced are not the first two of the above...

Because managing and shifting value can be learned comparatively easily by following the map.

Creating value and multiplying value can't.

Because there is no map...
