The problem isn't your pricing.
The problem is that you don't know how to get clients.
And once you know how to get clients it doesn't really matter anymore how much you charge.
Because the quality of your work will automatically make the price.
If your work is good you'll be able to charge high prices.
If your work is shit you'll only be able to charge low prices.
It's as simple as that.
So lowering or increasing your prices won't help you to get more clients.
Getting more clients will help you to get more clients.
And if you don't know how to get clients it doesn't really matter how much you charge...
