I had the same business idea.
The same book idea.
The same blog idea.
The same product idea.
The same whatever.
And you know what.
Having an idea, just that one initial idea is pretty much useless.
What’s a lot more important are the ideas that follow the initial idea.
The next steps.
The ideas on how you’re going to launch your product.
On how you’re going to reach your customers.
On how you’re going to convince people to pay money for it.
On how you’re going to find partners.
These (and others) are the ideas that really matter.
And the execution of these ideas.
These are the ideas that build multi billion dollar businesses.
The ideas that make a best seller a best seller.
The ideas that create an international brand.
And not your initial idea.
Your initial idea is pretty much worth nothing.
So stop waiting for that one big idea and get better at coming up with ideas for the next steps. And their execution.
Don’t get stuck at that first step when that first step really isn’t that important after all..
