Like someone you were close to just died.
Or you have in a disease.
And many other things that are totally out of your control.
And then there's the rest.
The "better" problems.
The problems you can control and can solve all by yourself.
The ones where you don't need anyone else's help.
Losing weight for example is 100% under your control.
You don't rely on anyone else.
You can make it work all by yourself.
Just like having a shitty job is also 100% under your control.
Or not following through.
Sure, some problems are harder to solve and need a lot more work than others.
But in the end almost all problems are 100% under your control.
