Everything you do, everything you want to learn from scratch, everything you want to create, try to put yourself in the worst situation possible.
If you want to build a business, build it in the worst environment possible.
With as many restrictions as possible.
Real or artificial ones.
If you want to write a book, write it in the worst environment possible.
With as many distractions as possible.
In the shortest amount of time possible.
If you want to learn a new skill, put yourself in the worst environment possible.
Where it's almost impossible to focus.
Where you have almost no time for it.
The same holds true for creating stuff.
Whatever stuff you're creating.
Here's the thing...
When you learn to do things in the worst environment possible, with as many restrictions as possible, then doing it in your regular environment will seem like a piece of cake.
And not only this.
You'll also get ready and used to the fact that in everything you do, you'd have to expect a punch in your face.
Many punches as a matter of fact.
And it's always a good idea to expect and anticipate those punches.
So you can avoid them.
Or at least not be too surprised and get knocked out right at the very first punch.
Because that's what life is going to serve you.
Over and over again.
Punches in your face.
Many of them.
Even, no especially in your regular environment.
Where you think you're safe.
Where everything is smooth sailing.
Where nothing is ever going to happen.
Until it does...
